Meet Coach James Anderson
Founder of Better Everyday | NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) | Former Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in fitness coaching, Coach James Anderson is the driving force behind Better Everyday—a movement-focused coaching platform built on one powerful belief: progress over perfection. James is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a former Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, shaping an inclusive, client-centered approach that meets individuals where they are—regardless of ability.
A Mission Rooted in Empowerment
James's mission is simple but powerful:
To empower individuals of all abilities to realize their full potential through movement.
This philosophy is woven into everything he does—from coaching athletes to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. His work with the Special Olympics of Colorado and his background in behavioral therapy give him a rare depth of understanding when it comes to motivation, adaptation, and personal growth.
Progress Over Perfection
At Better Everyday, we don’t chase perfection—we celebrate progress.
Coach James believes that failure is not a stopping point, but a stepping stone. His mantra, “If you focus on getting just a little better every day, you will succeed,” reflects the heart of the Better Everyday brand.
Whether you're stepping into a gym for the first time, rebuilding confidence after an injury, or training for performance goals, James delivers inclusive, adaptive fitness coaching that’s as much about mindset as it is about movement.
Coaching That Connects
James goes beyond the physical aspects of training. He builds meaningful connections, provides unwavering encouragement, and celebrates every win—big or small. His approach helps clients grow stronger, more confident, and more resilient, not just in fitness—but in every area of life.
